I needed to make some Thank you cards so I thought I would have a play with the new Daisy products from Stampin up. The Designer Series Paper is so pretty. Full of beautiful images and colours. I played with this paper for the first time properly today and I am in love with it. I can see it being used a lot in all sorts of projects. Its not flowery throughout. There are definitely a couple of designs that would be good for the chaps too. ( not that I think the flowers are just for ladies of course!) I love every single design in this pack.
I used the large daisy image and its matching punch. I love a punch and was very pleased to see this one! The card base is in one of the brand new 2017 – 2019 In colours, Powder Pink and I picked the colours from the paper when stamping the daisy and leaves.
This is how I made it
My cardstock base is Powder Pink. A4 card cut in half at 10.5 cm and scored in half at 14.8 cm.
The DSP panel is 8.5 cm x 14. 8 cm
The DSP edge panels are 2.5 cm x 14.8 cm.
The banners are Whisper White and DSP, both at 2.5 cm x 8 cm
Ink Pads : Powder Pink, Dapper Denim, Pool Party and Daffodil Delight.
