Rooted In Nature Birthday Card – Inspire Create Challenge #053.
With a special birthday card to make last week and the Inspire Create Challenge #53, inspired by the season I pulled out the gorgeous Rooted In Nature Bundle.

We have a sketch challenge for Inspire Create Challenge this time. I used the Woodland Embossing Folder which may be a stretch for the sketch but it works really well for my card.

The leaves are turning all sorts of beautiful colours around here and the Rooted In Nature has lots of leaf images. Perfect for a special birthday card for my lovely mum.

Rooted In Nature Birthday Card

The card base is Blackberry Bliss card with a Whisper White layer that I embossed with the Woodland Embossing Folder. I stamped the centre tree truck in Crumb Cake with some Soft Suede sponging. Stamping the leaves in lots of autumnal tones and layered around the trunk piece. It’s raised it on Dimensionals to adhere it to the front of the card and added the birthday die-cut on the top. I die cut some leaves in Blackberry bliss card for contrast and added a few Rhinestones.
