Hello and welcome. Today I have some easy cards with Heartwarming Hugs Designer Series papers. It’s so easy and effective to use your patterned papers to make cards. These double-sided papers have very Christmassy colours. By cutting two pieces in a regular layer size and then cutting again you can show all the sides with very little use. A great way to make your papers go a long way or use up what you have left!
A nice, easy card base. A4 scored in half at 10.5 cm and cut in half at 14.8 cm gives you two card bases. Use Thick Basic White for a nice sturdy card base with some weight.
Use one of the colours in the paper for your card layer. This one is in Mossy Meadow at 10 cm x 14.3 cm. The DSP layer is 9 cm x 13.3 cm. Cut 4.5 cm from the long side and then cut the larger piece in half at 4.5 cm to create the three panels. Cut a couple of the DSP layers and mix and match to create a few cards.

Choose a Christmas sentiment to stamp onto a piece of Basic White and cut out using the Rectangle Stitched dies. This is the Holly Days stamp set. Aff a couple of the red rhinestones and some Simply Elegant trim to complete the card.
