This month’s class is all about Scrapbooking With Strips!. The blues in these Mediterranean Blooms papers are lovely. Adding a little of the other side gives just that pop of colour. This is such a simple page to create and lends itself to photos of different sizes. Strips of paper in various lengths and sizes on a 12 x 12 Basic White card base. Use a sponge dauber to add a little Night Of Navy ink to the edges. I’ve added a title cut out using the large letter dies which have now retired – I keep all my alphabet dies as they are so useful. If you don’t have these dies, the Alphabet a la mode dies would work well too.
Lots of white space on this one. Essentially the same idea as the first page but narrower strips. layer up the photo in a “messy” stack of papers. Use the die from the Friends For Life bundle to create a frame for the photo in Basic white card. so simple but effective. I used the Friend word and the hearts dies from this set too.
I love this photo! It’s an impromptu selfie with my friend and both our dogs. I do love our dog walks and this sums it up!
The ladies who came to class loved these papers and a lot of gorgeous pages were made. Here are a few!
