I have made quite a few using the bundle of Stamps and matching punch and I love it. However, I wanted a “cleaner”, fresher look for this card and realised to get this look I needed to keep it very simple. I used a water colour wash of Daffodil Delight on my mat of watercolour paper. ( 14.3 cm x 10 cm ) I layered two die cut “Happy Birthday”in Whisper White and Daffodil Delight card stock slightly offset to create a shadow. I added four daisies cut from plain Whisper White card using the Daisy Punch with a faceted gem in the middle. My base is Daffodil Delight card stock cut at 14.8 cm and scored at 10.5 cm . I added a little Double Stitched ribbon in Daffodil Delight to finish it off. Not a daisy stamp in sight on the actual card! I did however stamp the daisy in Daffodil Delight onto the back of the envelope. Everyone loves a hand stamped envelope after all. Much nicer to come through the post than a bill.
Here is how I made it .
I Hope you like it. Please give me a thumbs up if you do and subscribe if you’d like to see more.
