Stampers Showcase Blog Hop
The Stampers Showcase theme this month is all about love and I have pulled out the gorgeous Under My Umbrella stamp set.
I am so excited to be part of the Stampers Showcase Blog Hop and very honoured to be amongst some very talented stampers from around the world! If you are starting here or continuing to hop, hello and welcome to my blog.
The Under My Umbrella stamp set had me at the welly boots! It is currently pouring with rain here in the UK and has been all day! I would love a pretty pair of welly’s and if I did they would look like these!
Under My Umbrella
Use the Pleased As Punch Paper that coordinates for this raindrop background. You can purchase it in February. Stamp the welly boots, colour and cut out.
Stamp the sentiment in Black Memento and cut out using a Stitched Circle from the Stitch Shapes Dies. You might guess how much I love these by just how much I use them! Use a little Silver Metallic Thread looped behind the circle. Stamp out one of the little sprigs of flowers, colour them in and cut them out. The colours on the card are Petal Pink. to match the card base, Balmy Blue to match the paper and a little light Old Olive in the leaves.
Stamp the raindrops on the inside in Balmy blue ink and Showered With Love in Black Memento. Don’t forget to stamp your envelope too!
Cut the umbrella out from the Pleased as Punch Paper . Stamp the handle before adhering the umbrella. The papers are fabulous and coordinate with both the Umbrella, Heart, Tulip and Flower punches!
I love this card and the cute welly boots, I might just have to get some!
I can’t wait to see what all the other people taking part in the hop have come up with for this theme. There are some super talented people taking part so grab a cuppa and hop around for some fabulous inspiration.
