Hello and welcome to my blog. It’s day 8 of #blogtober. Today I have a cute little project for you. It’s a hand sanitiser gift box. This is a great way to dress up a little hand sanitiser and would make great stocking fillers, teacher, classmate, or coworker gifts. Great for craft fairs too. We all need a hand sanitiser to hand after all don’t we. I had lots of fun making this little box from scratch. I and brought it to you for my Friday evening live over on my YouTube channel.
You can see how it’s done in the replay here on YouTube. I hope you enjoy it. Do give it a thumbs up and subscribe if you do. It really helps the YouTube algorithm of getting videos suggested to people who might be interested in them. Do leave me a comment too, I read and respond to them all.
Hand Sanitiser Gift Box
Once you have your box made, decorate it as you wish. This box is made in Mint Macaron card with Whimsy & Wonder Designer Series Papers. The snowflakes layered on the top are in Blushing Bride to match the papers and Basic White. Cut the larger snowflake from the gorgeous Brushed Metallics card to make it a little special. Attach a hand-stamped tag with Linen Thread. The tag is cut using the tag die from the Pretty Pillowbox dies and the To and From stamps are from the Delivering Cheer stamp set.
Try it in different colorways. Perhaps Real Red and the Gingerbread & Peppermint papers with a Real Red Mini Ruffled Ribbon. These boxes fit both the Bodyshop hand sanitisers and the Marks & Spencers ones. You can get hand sanitisers in all sorts of lovely fragrances. Perhaps match the fragrance to the box colour. I wonder what other little gifts or treats will fit inside these boxes. A little prettily packaged gift is lovely to give. It’s so satisfying to make a box to measure! I surprised myself!
