Hello and welcome to my blog! I am so excited to be part of Kylie & Bruno’s Blog Hop! We are an international group of demonstrators all working towards growing our businesses and sharing ideas and inspiration along the way. Our theme for the hop is our Customer thank you cards we send out each month. This month I am bringing you an Ever Eden pocket card.
Have you ever seen a pocket card? I am totally inspired by the little pull card sent to me by my lovely team member Joanne Tyrrell. She sent it alongside her awesome swap card. It has the recipe attached to it! So beautiful isn’t it?
You can see exactly how I made this during this week’s Coffee & Cards live replay here on my YouTube channel alongside a Gift card holder version using the Christmassy Gingerbread and Peppermint papers! You can find all the measurements in the description box below the video. I hope you enjoy it. Do give me a thumbs up and subscribe if you do. It really helps. Thank you.
Ever Eden Pocket Card
It’s just a few moments’ work to scale up this lovely pocket card she sent me, into a full-sized card. I absolutely love the Ever Eden Designer Series Papers. They are perfect for this. This ombre side is lovely, isn’t it?! I do confess however to not sticking to one bundle for this card. It’s so nice to raid your stash and use a whole combination sometimes. The papers have beautiful gold foiling. The Gold bumblebees and heat embossed gold splatters using the Whale Of A Time stamps tie it together.
The thank you is from the Nature’s Harvest stamp set. I love the font so much. The stitched die is from the Pretty Pillowbox Dies and it fits perfectly. I use it a lot! It always makes the job easy to use the colours in the paper. All the work is done for you. The card is Evening Evergreen with ink to match. The ribbon is Soft Succulent, as is the card insert also.
The papers are Evening Evergreen and Soft Succulent with Gold Foiling. Stamp the sentiment using the Ornate Thanks stamp set onto the same die-cut shape. I do love this font too! Cut the leaves in Gold and in vellum using a die from the Eden Dies. Just tuck them behind the sentiment.
Don’t forget to add a panel on the back of the insert to write your note of thanks. Use a pretty die like the Stitched So Sweetly Dies as I have done here. I will be making this card during my Coffee & Cards live on Facebook tomorrow, full measurements coming with that!
These cards are going out in the post to all the lovely customers who shop with me this month. I hope you like it. You can start or continue hopping down the list here for lots of crafty inspiration! Enjoy!
