A Little Note – Gingham Gala Rainbow!
Global Design Project #176
The challenge over on the Global Design Project this week is to case the designer Steffi Helmschrott who has made a beautiful rainbow card.
The Gingham Gala papers are so pretty I couldn’t decide which to use when I designed this card for my class. So I used them all!
They come in a stack of bright, fresh spring colours. Daffodil Delight. Highland Heather, Lemon Lime Twist, Balmy Blue and Grapefruit Grove. I decided on a rainbow and coloured in my stamped butterflies to match. The butterfly punch has been so popular we are waiting for it to come back into stock but you could just as easily have balloons or flowers to make a gorgeous rainbow.
Whichever image you choose, don’t forget to stamp the inside too!
You can see all the awesome projects made for this challenge by the awesome Design team over at the Global Design Project#176 here and link your project in too if you’d like to play along. It’s great fun!
These papers are so versatile. they look amazing with the Daisy Punch – another favourite of mine.
And I made Twist and Pop cards using the Hello Cupcake stamps and the Gingham Gala papers in all of the colours. You can see that post and the Tutorial on how to make those here.
I hope you have got some inspiration on how to use these lovely papers. You can see all the products I used to make the rainbow card here with clickable links to my online shop.
