It’s Raining Cats and Dogs! Well, not literally of course! Just at Coffee and Cards this week. One of my lovely Coffee and Cards ladies (also one of my team) son had a request for a dog card. He sometimes watches along with his mum. I think catching the live has been a welcome break in the middle of the homeschooling morning. How lovely is that?! Also, I received a beautiful card last week from my friend and fellow demonstrator Wendy following the sad loss of our gorgeous pussy cat Fluff. It was so lovely to receive. So it’s all about our furry friends at today’s Coffee and Cards.
It’s Raining Cats and Dogs!

The dog builder punch is fabulous. So useful. It has a little heart too. This one is punched out in Basic Black card. The card base is Whisper White with a Basic Black layer and then a Whisper White layer embossed using the Woodland Embossing Folder

This lovely puss cat card is purely stamping. Use the same layers of card and stamp the leaves in Pear Pizzazz and Old Olive ink. Punch the cat using the Cat Punch from Basic Black card, Add using Dimensionals . Add a few rhinestones to finish it off. This one reminds me of our beautiful cat.

You can step it up a little using some ink brayering, it’s really easy to do. This one is winging it’s way to James who requested the dog card. It was his birthday last week! Happy Birthday, James!

Here is the card that inspired me. Sent from Wendy.
And a couple of other projects I have made using the dog punch previously here and here

And here is Fluff at the end of last year. Gorgeous puss!
