Positive Inkers Sketch Challenge!

Hello and welcome to the Positive Inkers Sketch Challenge! We have been set a fabulous sketch this month.

I think I have stuck to the sketch pretty well don’t you think?

Just how beautiful is this paper? It’s called Snowflake Splendor. So frosty and bright. Not your traditional Christmas colours are they? But gorgeous nonetheless. I have picked out the Balmy Blue and Pacific Point colours from the papers. Team it up with the Peace & Joy Bundle to make this Merry And Bright Christmas card. The Balmy Blue Glimmer Paper is beautiful! I have used just a hint of it in the word “Bright” from the Peace & Joy Dies and using the sprig punch. Stamp “Merry And” in versamark onto Pacific Point card and heat emboss with White Embossing powder. Add in some vellum and some Rhinestone Gems to complete the frosty feel.

Its fun to use a sketch as a jumping off point and to see where it takes you in your creativity. I can’t wait to see what the rest of the Design Team have come up with for the challenge.
