Welcome to May’s Stampin For Christmas Blog Hop! We have just launched a brand new 2021 Annual Stampin Up! Catalogue and it is full of lovely things! Including some great Christmas sets. At this point in time though, since it only launched yesterday I have only two current Christmas stamps in my collection!! I have hardly inked up the Nature’s Beauty stamp set. It has sat unloved on my shelf. Its a great set with beautiful images so it was definitely time to pull it out and use it.
I love a clean and simple card and this is definitely one of of those. The base is in thick Basic White card, the layer is Misty Moonlight with a Basic White layer for stamping on.

The Blending Brushes are great for creating backgrounds. Here is how to make this card. First stamp the bunny in Basic Gray. Use a scrap of card or paper with a straight edge to create a mask where the bunny sits. Then pick up a little Balmy Blue ink on your brush and blend it onto the front of the white layer to give a cold “snowy feel”. Add the bare foliage and grass images in Basic Gray ink. Add Merry Christmas in Misty Moonlight Ink to match the card base. This is from the Snowman Seasons stamp set. Hmmm. That bunny would look great stamped on the envelope too. Making a few of these would make a great start to my Christmas cards!
I can’t wait to see what everyone else has come up with for the Stampin For Christmas Blog Hop!
