Whimsy & Wonder Pinwheel Card

Welcome to this month’s Stampin For Christmas Blog Hop! I have a Whimsy & Wonder Pinwheel Card for this month. I made a pinwheel card for my September class and I love them! So easy and effective. The Whimsy & Wonder Suite is gorgeous, I can’t seem to put it down. The perfect pairing don’t you think?

Whimsy & Wonder Pinwheel Card

The non-traditional colours of this suite are lovely don’t you think. Not traditional red and green yet still very Christmassy. Do you see the smaller trees cut from the Be Dazzling Glimmer paper? If you were lucky enough to snag some during Saleabration they are perfect for this. Silver Metallic card would work well too.

Stamp the tree from the Whimsical Trees stamp set in Versamark and heat emboss using silver embossing powder onto the Blushing Bride card before cutting out with the Beautiful Tree dies. Heat emboss the sentiment in white onto a scrap of Blushing Bride card and cut around it with your trimmer. (or snips if you are brave)

Do you see how the Pinwheel card stands up and also folds flat to go into a regular C6 envelope?

Have fun decorating each side of your Whimsy & Wonder Pinwheel card. Use the Whimsy & Wonder Designer Series Papers and the Wonderful Snowflakes to match. The patterned papers are lovely. Did I say I like this colour combination? Don’t forget to leave a panel of Basic White card on one side to write your message because I did! I will be going back to add it. I expect I shall use a die-cut from the Stitched So Sweetly Dies to make it look pretty. A cut rectangle will do just as well. I hope you have been inspired to craft with this pretty suite for your Christmas projects.
