Be Strong, Be Happy, Be You! This is a great sentiment to use when sending a card with some words of support don't you think? I love how it stamps leaving the negative of the card stock behind, too. This card uses the Rooted In Nature stamps and the Natures Roots Dies. This is the second card for last week's Coffee and Cards. You can see the post for the first card here. Cosy Up With Plaid Tidings!
Cosy up with Plaid Tidings! Doesn't this paper just give you all the cosy Autumn feels and make you want to snuggle up indoors in front of a fire? I love this paper. It reminds me so much of the shirts my Dad used to wear, and indeed I do too, especially at this time of the year. Plaid is not really a word you hear often in the UK - more often this type of pattern is described as Lumberjack style shirt pattern. Either way, it's very me and I decided to pull it out for this week's Coffee and ... VIEW POST

Rooted In Nature Birthday Card - Inspire Create Challenge #053. With a special birthday card to make last week and the Inspire Create Challenge #53, inspired by the season I pulled out the gorgeous Rooted In Nature Bundle. We have a sketch challenge for Inspire Create Challenge this time. I used the Woodland Embossing Folder which may be a stretch for the sketch but it works really well for my card. The leaves are turning all sorts of beautiful colours around here and the Rooted In ... VIEW POST
Coffee And Cards – Rooted In Nature
I reached for the Rooted In Nature stamp set for Coffee and Cards this week. It's felt a lot cooler here over the last couple of days. Autumn is definitely on the way, perhaps that's why I picked it. We all need thank you cards too, I know I do. I love the images in this set and particularly the leaves The sentiment from the set makes a great thank you card but it could just as easily be a birthday card and the colours would make it a perfect one for the men. Here's the ... VIEW POST
