The little Mini Curvy Keepsakes Box and Honey Bee bundle is perfect to make beautiful little honey bee gift boxes. for team swaps. You can even make them into little hives!

You might notice that I have been using the Honey Bee bundle A LOT! I absolutely love it and it is perfect to make these gorgeous little boxes that are for swaps for my Stampin’ Up! team for a big team event I am going to on Sunday. By the time you read this, it will be Monday, they will have been given out and therefore no worries about spoilers.
Honey Bee Gift Boxes
The box itself is super simple to make. Use the Golden Honey Designer Series Papers and cut out the box using the Mini Curvy Keepsakes Die. This die was so popular in the Autumn-Winter Catalogue that it was carried over. Woohoo!
How To Make Them
These papers are foiled in gold and just beautiful. Stamp the bees in Memento Black Ink onto Whisper White card and cut out using one of the Detailed Bee dies in the bundle. Colour his body stripes in Daffodil Delight using a Stampin Write Marker or Stampin Blend in Daffodil Delight. Colour his wings in Clear Wink Of Stella to add some shimmer.
Here is the part where you have to dissect him! Haha – not really. Simply cut him straight down the middle and whilst your box is still open, adhere each half to either side of the opening on the handle. Stamp the Hello from the Honey Bee stamps onto Whisper White and cut the small stitched tag shape out using the Mini Curvy Keepsakes Dies. Attach with Whisper White Bakers Twine to the handle. Add Your treat or small gift before closing.
Make the beehive one by cutting the Mini Curvy Keepsake Box out of Whisper White card. Stamp the beehive using the Honey Bee stamp on each side of the open box. Cut the golden honey bee from the foiled Golden Honey Bee papers and attach to the top in the same way as before. Voila! You have a hive! I love this one.
